The residence at 49 Cross Street in Pembroke, Massachusetts was originally constructed in the "half-Cape" style and was later converted to a "full Cape." Located on a 1 acre lot, the property had always been a residence and was first occupied circa 1724. While research on the property continues, it is noteworthy that several prominent Pembrokians called 49 Cross Street home. In 2017 the residence was taken down to make room for the Bridges® by EPOCH at Pembroke memory care community. Deed records demonstrate the following owners of 49 Cross Street:
